Nepremičnina predstavlja 9 zemljiških parcel razpršenih po Središču ob Dravi (1210, 1375, 1833, 1837, 2624, 2625/1, 829, 865/2 in 872, vse k.o. 338 Središče). Površina celotnega zemljišča znaša skupaj 24.799 m2, SDH ima v lasti solastniški delež 1/6, v sorazmerni skupni velikosti 4.133 m2. Zemljišča so na pretežno ravninskem terenu, ki so po namenski rabi, v večjem delu opredeljene kot kmetijsko zemljišče (SDH del 3.679 m2) in v manjšem delu stavbno zemljišče (SDH del 261 m2), ter površine za oddih, rekreacijo in šport (SDH del 193 m2).
Kmetijsko zemljišče v skupni velikosti 3.679 m2 (delež v lasti SDH 1/6), obsega 6 zemljiških parcel, ki so razpršene po celotni k.o. 338 Središče. Kmetijsko zemljišče je pretežno ravninsko in predstavlja njive in pašnike. Dostop do kmetijskih površin poteka večinoma po poljskih poteh oziroma preko sosednjih kmetijskih zemljišč.
Stavbno zemljišče (površine podeželskega naselja) v skupni velikosti 261 m2 (delež v lasti SDH 1/6), obsega parceli 338 2624 in 338 2625/1. Na parceli 338 2624 stojijo tri stavbe: ID stavbe 338-324 je stanovanjska stavba z naslovom Kolodvorska cesta 6, Središče ob Dravi, ID stavbe 338-325 in 338-984 sta pomožna kmetijska objekta. Vse tri stavbe so starejše gradnje (po podatkih GURS letnik 1906), dotrajane, v nekaterih delih že ruševine in neprimerne za uporabo. Dostop do stavbnih zemljišč poteka neposredno s Kolodvorske ceste, parcela 338 2554, ki je v lasti Občine Središče ob Dravi.
Površine za oddih, rekreacijo in šport, v skupni velikosti 193 m2 (delež v lasti SDH 1/6), obsega parcelo 338 1833 in meji kmetijska zemljišča. Dostop do površin za oddih rekreacijo in šport poteka po parceli 338 2147 (poljska pot) in parceli 337 546/4 (stranska cesta). Obe parceli sta v lasti Občine Središče ob Dravi.
Prodaja se brez geodetskih odmer, v naravi nerazdeljen solastniški delež.

Prav tako ima DSU možnost za prodajo pogodbenega predmeta razpisati javno dražbo, e-dražbo, objaviti razpis za zbiranje zavezujočih ponudb ali s ponudniki, ki oddajo enako ponudbo, izvesti dodatna pogajanja.

Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin, ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastal ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV, v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.

The land is located on a mostly flat terrain, which is largely defined as agricultural land (SDH part 3,679 m2) and, to a lesser extent, building land (SDH part 261 m2), as well as areas for relaxation, recreation and sports (SDH part 193 m2).
Agricultural land, with a total area of 3,679 m2 (share owned by the Land Registry 1/6), comprises 6 land parcels, which are scattered throughout the entire land registry 338 Središče. The agricultural land is mostly flat and represents fields and pastures. Access to agricultural land is mainly via field paths or via neighboring agricultural land.
Building land (area of a rural settlement), with a total area of 261 m2 (share owned by the Land Registry 1/6), comprises plots 338 2624 and 338 2625/1. There are three buildings on plot 338 2624: building ID 338-324 is a residential building with the address Kolodvorska cesta 6, Središče ob Dravi, building IDs 338-325 and 338-984 are auxiliary agricultural facilities. All three buildings are older (according to GURS data, year 1906), dilapidated, in some parts already ruins and unsuitable for use. Access to the building land is directly from Kolodvorska cesta, plot 338 2554, which is owned by the Municipality of Središče ob Dravi.
Areas for rest, recreation and sports, with a total size of 193 m2 (share owned by the SSH 1/6), comprise plot 338 1833 and border agricultural land. It is being sold without geodetic measurements, an undivided co-ownership share in kind.
