Nepremičnina predstavlja enosobno stanovanje v 6. nadstropju večstanovanjskega objekta (ID znak: 657-1033-46), v izmeri 49,3 m² NTP, na naslovu Krekova ulica 26, Maribor. Objekt je bil zgrajen leta 1962. Stanovanje uporablja najemnik, ki ima z lastnikom (SDH) sklenjeno najemno pogodbo.

The property is a one-bedroom apartment on the sixth floor of a multi-unit residential building (ID code: 657-1033-46), with a net floor area of 49.3 m², located at Krekova Street 26, Maribor. The building was constructed in 1962. The apartment is occupied by a tenant who has a lease agreement with the owner (SDH).
It is being sold as an investment, together with the tenant, with whom the future owner will independently arrange the future lease relationship.
