According to GURS records, the original building was constructed in 1900, while the building permit for the apartments dates from 2008.
The apartment also includes one outdoor parking space, Parcel ID No. 1753 113/56, measuring 15 m². The apartment further includes land at the rear of the building, Parcel ID No. 1753 113/53, measuring 10 m², although only with a 48/100 ownership share.
The apartment requires renovation. The building does not have an occupancy permit (use permit). Should the owner obtain the occupancy permit, the advertised sale price will be adjusted accordingly.
