Predmet prodaje je tudi dejavnost s kompletno strojno opremo, v tem primeru znaša kupnina za nepremičnino 2.400.000 eur + strojna oprema, dejavnost ki znaša 500.000 eur.

V primeru nakupa samo nepremičnine se kompletna strojna oprema demontira in preseli na drugo lokacijo.

Additional Description

In the craft-industrial zone of Hrpelje-Kozina, there is an industrial-business property – a production hall with an office section, currently in operation and suitable for manufacturing and warehousing activities.
