We are selling a family house in Klimno on the island of Krk with a beautiful panoramic view of the Soline bay and Crikvenica. Located in a quiet location in a dead end street, 200 m from the sea and the nearest beach. The house consists of two residential units + a studio on the ground floor. The total net area is 266m2, and it is built on a plot of 676m2.
